This was so much like putting on my makeup after a Girl's Night with my friends - sitting around, putting on our faces with coffee and gossip. So fun! No, Girl, I've had too many medically necessary surgeries and treatments, there's no worry about me going in for elective anything, though it'd be nice to have a decent lip-line again. I'll pass on the painful injections. Been there, done that, picked up a coffee mug about it. You have a great face. I'm just getting back into makeup again (it's been a few years and there wasn't much point for a time), and I'm catching up on all the new and different products. Love the casual nature of this 'chat'. Perfect!

I work for a plastic surgeon and we offer injectables. I’m surprised your injector did not inform you what to expect after injections. That’s the first thing they should tell you. I’m also surprised you did not feel comfortable enough to contact him and ask if what you where going through is normal. I’m sorry you had to go through this. ;(

if you can get the filler without numbing cream you will be okay getting them dissolved, After still using numbing cream my eyes were streaming! They do say to massage your lips to prevent the filler from hardening

You have what is basically a contusion which is a bruise that gets hard it takes a long time to go away. If you massage it, it can help break it down. But it will take some time but girl it isn't noticable so you good boo! But I feel your concern with someone who also is a makeup freak those tiny things get to you bc we examine our faces more than others bc you are a artist that just wants her canvas to be even and perfect in your eyes

Hey hon, just some quick info bout fillers that not a lot of people know... Yes the gel wears off but it's acidic and an irritant so while its there it's causing the area around it to produce collagen, so even after the gel disolves ur lips never truly go back to normal.. I've had mine done so many times they're dif no matter how long I go without a refill Also when they do an entire side in one injection vs multiple tiny injections it creates way more stretching and tearing of the tissue and more build up of scar tissue... Ur gunna be fine but don't be shook if ur lips don't look the same after u get them disolved or if that lump is still somewhat there.... He may have known it was scar tissue n that's why he was resisting trying to dissolve it

Omg girl, I had my lips done about two weeks ago and I also have a bump!!! Luckily I didn’t get bruised at all but I do have a bump on my left side and I’m going to give it about another week and if nothing changes I’m definitely going to go back and tell them to fix it, I went from one insecurity to another 😞

I think that ball is scar tissue , my sister got into a bad car crash and hit her mouth really hard & it was bruised for a couple days and after that she had the same little ball that you have & she talked to a doctor and he said that it’s scar tissue and to get rid of it you have to surgically remove it .

I’m currently going through a similar situation 😩 I got 1 syringe of juvederm ultra plus xc on February 13 so it’s been a little over a week now. A couple hrs after I got injected I noticed I started to bruise & had 2 little lumps on the right top side only. (Keep in mind the place I went to influencers also go to & the results shown on ig are beautiful!) Anyway, I give it a little time because I was told that I was going to be bruising BUT if I saw any noticeable lumps to let them know. Also, I’ve never gotten anything done in my life. So this experience has really fucked with me not getting anything else done anymore. I end up sending them pictures & asking them if it was normal cuz biiiih I was as bruised as you 😭 she told me it was to just give it time to heal but if by the time I hit my 2 week mark after I got them done and the lumps are still there to go for a follow up. My concern is, should they charge me to fix something they fucked up? Because I was reading and did my research and it said that the reason why visible lumps appear is because they injected to close to the surface. I love the shape of my lips and the fullness I got but that small lump maaaaan! It’s so frustrating to see that all these influencers go & come out bomb af but uno que es una persona normal nos chinguen 😩😭

Btw if you’re thinking about getting your lips done DON’T go when you’re on your period & if you’re taking any skin supplements it’s also recommended to stop taking them 3 days prior to your procedure appointment. I wish they would of told me this, but I was told when I was getting my lips injected 🤦🏻‍♀️ As simple as getting lip fillers sounds IT’S NOT 😭 Well at least not in my case. & ARNICA gel will be your bff !

My best suggestion if you want big lips, then buy a product that have lipstick that have a sting or sucker product for at least a minute or two. So your lips would be big for few hours which is totally safe or go for lip-liner and gloss to make it look like big pouty lips. About the fillers... it may be great but I heard many scary stories about it... it can lead your lips, eyes and / or others to become a loopy and uneven for long run that can lead to surgeries to repair... that you don't want that. Just be careful, girl.

same happened to me! they injected into your lip vessel it’s called vascular occlusion. that’s why you have that ball it’s stuck lip filler i got mine dissolved but now i have a small scar i wish i would’ve left my lips alone to begin with i’m like you my bottom lip was big but i jus wanted my top bigger but natural looking all my friend had been to this injector so i trusted them but something went wrong in my case they did take good care of me after wards and i signed a waiver stating i was aware of the risks of fillers so🤷🏻‍♀️ btw dissolving didn’t hurt any more than getting the fillers in my experience

I went to flawless laser center twice ..first time amazing ..second time not that good ..my lips end up looking uneven ..so I’m also been waiting for over a year so I can have it redone it by a Doctor next year . Go to a plastic surgeon dont go to med spas especially for lips or under eye ..dont dissolve it it will dissolve on 8ts own and go away ..but take it from me go to an experienced plastic surgeon..they are alot more expensive if u dont wana pay dont do it all together it's not worth it cause they can do actual damage
