03' Buick Century running hot...??? Sounds like you had the notorious intake gasket leak. The engines in those cars were built with a defective intake gasket that leaks coolant into your oil and slowly destroys your motor over time. It happens to every single Buick Century with the 3100 motor in it. The fix is to replace the gasket with an upgraded one that's made out of metal instead of plastic. Also that car uses GM's Dex-Cool (a red colored coolant). You can't just add water to it that will only dilute it and make the heating problems worse as the water will turn to steam. I write this as a PSA to everyone in the hood that owns a Buick Century. Don't get caught slipping. If Bill had fixed his intake gasket leak he would have never been robbed.
