I remember talking to a dude on Snapchat that had a real name. I remember searching his social medias and I could never find any way of what he possibly would look like, except for his Snapchat emoji. Turns out, after meeting him in person, he literally looked like the Snapchat emoji in his profile. If someone is brave enough to meet you in person, then maybe it's them. But if someone keeps playing hot and cold on whether they will meet up with you, you're only just wasting your time.

You sound so cool and your story is relatable to me as I just searched for it after being catfished myself (as a guy) hoping to see how others faced it as it was so scary to me to see that I was like... so naive and got taken advantage of so easily ... I wish you'd have shown the dark side of it more but I guess we experienced it differently and that's your take on it. Oh those walls of trust issues, I never got them until today when I was catfished by a psycho but now I've built them since it was so damn scary... One thing I still don't get is WHY ? why do people do it ? I also can't find a SINGLE video on KZbin of a catfish explaining why they do it as it just leaves a person emotionally scarred for life as you've said casually - building those walls of trust issues... loved your storytelling and that's why I'm subbing to see if you've got any other cool stuff coming...

That’s a great way to get a secret date, catfish someone out on a date, then when they are there, just pretend to bump into them as a stranger and introduce yourself. You already know what they like and as long as all they don’t care about it looks, you have a shot.
