Well said and good video. I tell my clients do not sign the lease without seeing the apartment or your realtor seeing the apartment and doing a facetime tour. The apartment buildings are run like businesses and they take advantage of people all the time when they aren't represented.

As someone who’s also planning to move to Miami, it definitely helps to do your research on everything, so chances of something like this happening are way less.
