Hello.😊 I'm an English learner from Japan. This is my first time that I've read a Jane Austen novel. It's difficult for me to read the Regency English, but I've managed to do it with the help of its Japanese translation. I find this audio extremely helpful and fascinating. Thank you so much for giving me this precious opportunity to savor Emma.🌹🥀

I really like what you have done for this. This is the first video I have seen like this where the text itself is provided with the audiobook and the fact that it scrolls is awesome. Thank you.

I can't thank you enough, this is perfect. I love to have the text to follow, as sometimes I need to skip back a sentence. I began listening to audio versions due to poor eyesight, but never found a read along version before. ☺ Jane Austen's work is wonderful. Thanks again. 🙏❤

What an incredible honor! In almost one year, this channel reached the first 100 subscribers. We recently crossed 200 subscribers in less than three weeks since the first 100. Your gracious support is what continues to inspire us. Everything you are doing to support the channel is so very generous and impactfully moving. Again, every like, every subscription (and notification bell :) ), every comment, every mention, and every moment with us is tremendously meaningful. We are altogether grateful for your inviting us into your place. We hope to continue to earn such a distinguished place in your life. So, thank you and always, all the very best to you and yours!

Wonderful! Thank you for allowing me to re-visit the delightful charm of Austen's works. You have such a lovely voice to listen to, and it was admirable how easily you transition from your original accent to the English one! Subscribed! ❣❣

It’s Jane Austen’s best-written book. Pride & Prejudice being the best book as to story, characters, and timelessness.

It’s a bit weird as to Frank Churchill and his dad - why did his dad basically abandon him? Like one of Jane Austen’s brothers who was ‘given’ to a rich family…it’s quite weird - I don’t get it.

You seriously don't understand why a parent would wish a better future for their child than he or she could provide? In both the fictional and the real world cases, close relatives of the children were permitted to raise them, educate them, and settle their fortunes upon them as heirs. To characterize this as "abandonment" is extraordinary.

Wrong voice! Should be an ENGLISH voice. Not American.

Yes. It's not a bad reading, but it should have been done by an English lady.
