And not only that.As a child of the late 1950s I saw the incredible stress of existing as a Black person in this society.To the point there were so many Black people not only my family but my friends whose loved ones died prematurely.It was really impossible to keep the nuclear family together.The husband dies prematurely. Then of course the widow marries again.Only for her to die soon after.Yes many Black children were raised in two parent families back then.What is never mentioned is that either the husband or wife was already a widower or widow previously before the age of 35.Which is why a lot of us of that generation were really raised by the village.Surviving Aunt's& Uncles ,grandparents great grandparents had to pick up the slack.But the loss of parents due to premature death can change the trajectory of families for generations.I saw this first hand.I was one of the lucky ones.Its easy for people to think it was solely due to behavior and life style choices.But I can tell you as a Black person every time I stayed out of the USA when living abroad in the late 1960s,the level of positive homeostasis and positive energy was astounding.My Whole mind,body and Soul felt so different.It was overwhelming.How on earth could a person like me, born and raised in the USA, feel so much better when outside the country.A country that despite everything I truly do love.Even if it doesn't love me back.I know the USA is a great country to work and make a living.But my spirit belongs elsewhere.I can't describe the feeling.I think the trauma of forced displacement will always be there.No matter how many generations removed.Its almost like it really is embedded in our DNA.Its almost like a mother who has her child switched at birth.Only she doesn't know it.But somehow she feels that something is wrong.She is ashamed that she can't feel the bond with the child.She tries to fight those instincts and instead does everything she can to love the child.But something is missing.

But the most hurtful thing is racism is still going on in America and the same warped evil mind set against people of coulor still presides like an evil spirit that needs to be sent back to the depths of hell and where is the cleansing where is the healing in this racist society when are things going to change and be acknowledged until this happens there's some people out there that will continue this never ending cycle of hate and racism

Have you ever considered that maybe racism towards black people is good? I mean everything that happens is according to God's will, God is good, so everything that happens to his will is good. Racism exists, therefore it is as God wills it, therefore it is good. Next time you see a white racists, being racist, thank the man, he is doing good work, God's work.

Even though it was alledged that Emmett Till whistled, it was actually proven that he did not whistle at her. He was whistling because he has a stuttering problem, and his mother insisted that when he couldn’t get his words out to instead whistle first, so that they were easier to get out that’s why in the movie, they show him whistling at her outside the store, and not inside the store. So when you think about it, she just misconstrue did the whistle and assumed that it was for her white ass…. What a way to die because a white person cannot understand what is happening in the situation.
@gurnblanston3210
@gurnblanston3210 Жыл бұрын
Lol, you can't even keep your own lies straight- first you falsely claim that Emmett did not whistle at the petite married 21 year old beauty queen, and then you give a bogus explanation of why he DID whistle at her. The TRUTH, is that Emmett whistled at her- numerous witnesses present at the time of the incident gave statements confirming it, to include the boys Emmett had been with and Juanita Milam (Carolyn's sister in law). And Mamie's "whistle" story was a lie that she made up AFTER those two Democrats murdered Emmett, because Mamie didn't want her son to be remembered for sexually assaulting a petite married 21 year old beauty queen, especially since Emmett's father had been executed for raping and murdering numerous women.
