Actually i had an idea for a Japanese comedy of this kind of style of movie. The idea isnt really flushed out as much as it probably should be, but the concept is pretty simple. Imagine that anime cliche type tropes and the physical real world were to collide. Think "who framed roger rabbit" but without the toon animated characters mixed in. Like in real life, naruto running is both inefficient, clunky, and difficult to do and its met with laughter and mockery; but in this world (meaning the movie's universe) it actually works, people are capable of running a blazing speeds once thought only in the realm of anime fiction. People could recover from wounds that in reality would be mortal or at the very least would put you in the hospital for a looong time.. in anime a character can get smacked and blown through several walls and sometimes get right back up, when in reality an impact of that magnitude would realistically turn you into a messy red stain on the wall. You picking up what im putting down? If not i dont blame you, its a weird concept. But in the movie, some... idk supercollider or other type of high tech scifi machine either blows up or malfunctions and maybe for some added comical visuals interacts with someone's anime disk or manga that some scientist just bought for their kid to be given as a gift for getting good grades or something when they return from work. This machine or whatever tears a hole into the multiverse and totally rewrites all human biology and laws of physics of that world. Now some people have powers, while everyone else now has these anime style lives. Men meeting their true loves by running into a girl with toast in her mouth, and other such facepalm moments that anime is so famous for. Idk its still in its early alpha version and was something i came up with in the shower. As a matter of fact as i write this im still drying off from said shower. What do ya think?
