I know that this is for entertaining purposes but I am so sorry you were bullied in school! I can relate SO much, my ears are a bit protruding and I was bullied for literally years in middle school in Italy. People used to call me Dumbo, and I used to suffer a lot. I thought that it would be like that forever, that I was ugly and that nobody would have ever liked me. When I look at those people still in that dusty Italian village living with their parents, with cheating men and working in a pyramid scheme, I feel pity for them.

My son has a learning disability that makes math harder for him than others. I understand what you're saying. His brain interprets things differently and needs extra time to do math. His ed specialists are figure out that he also has trouble processing what he reads. He reads very well but he's literally only reading the words and not interpreting what he's reading. One of his diagnosis' is visual spatial processing disorder. This explains why his sense of time is normally very off. If something happened yesterday to him it happened two weeks ago. He notice he doesn't really have good long term memory.

I’m here in 2024 and I think my whole high school hated me too, so I didn’t have real friends til I graduated and got into the working environment. My x best friend was so toxic and I didn’t know that til our 30’s . Glad to know I wasn’t the only one who was hated by her school. I got so many stories I could make a whole channel on my x best friend.

What’s so funny is when I was in 8th grade the year before, I had this group of 3 boys from Riverdale that relentless bullied and stalked me and I ended up becoming so infatuated with one of them for a long time after. I wonder if it’s like a trauma response???

I didn't know that was a learning disability. I have and always had a hard time learning or doing problems. It takes me a long time to figure out problems or do homework. I was never allowed extra time even now in college. If I would have had that I would have had a way easier time. I do not think all schools have support for student who have difficulty. I have a very hard time in math , its so difficult for me to learn.
