Sometimes i feel like women are being blamed for having the inability to choose /see the right men, most of the time men put on a facade to attact u only to show u who they really at the end. Mostly women dont fake who they are thats why "maybe we get played Focus of yourselves sis, the right one will come at the right time...God willing😊 and u wont have to question your worth because he will act right from day 1 till the end

@Darlene Working on self is a journey, not a destination. I've been working on myself for several years. When becoming self-aware and embracing who you are, so many wonderful things start to happen in your life. On my journey, I recently wrote and self-published a book. ❤❤ You learn how to set boundaries, learn to say no, stop being a people pleaser, stop being a codependent (continuously doing for others, what they can do for themselves), just to name a few.❤❤

I think the issue is (especially for us who have their isht together) is that these guys put on a false self and you can meet their family and ask the right questions and then they flip the script. You may have discernment, but you so desperately don’t want to be alone, so you pretend not to see what you see hoping one day it will change. Some of these men are getting money from other women that they are playing and using said money to wine and dine other women acting like they r employed or “have a business” so the next woman thinks they are equally yoked..: then that woman gets played and rinse and repeat. Some of their families will act like the brotha got it together bc they don’t wanna deal with them draining them. There used to be a time when it was shameful for a man not to want to get a job. Now a lot of these men want the soft life. When you have celebs like Tyler Perry saying we should be happy if they can pay the light bill. A 15 yo kid who works at McDonalds can pay a light bill. I don’t need another kid. I need a man! Y is it that black woman have to always be made feel we must accept this. I would be embarrassed if I had a son like this. After a while, you come to feel that this “man” is your son and resentment seeps in. We tired !

A healed and whole person, the one with discernment, would not pretend. Since they respect themselves they would not continue be with someone that disrespects them. They are also ok with being alone than with someone who isn't right for them. You have to get to that place where you love yourself

💯 practicing celibacy is also a great way to protect yo peace, men and women sometimes rush into sex without getting to know the person, it's not always abt being "used" bt the fact that after rushed sex the next logical thing is to get to know the person only to find that you don't really like them

Time has nothing to do with it most of the time. I know because I waited two years. While it does stem from your perspective based on your experience, I’ve come to learn that It’s based on your belief system. What you feel and believe about yourself on a subconscious level is what you will attract. Time can fly but the subconscious only does what you tell it to do.

Recently, I had a challenging split. The breakup of my five-year relationship a few months ago has been quite difficult. I still harbor a deep affection for my ex-boyfriend, and I can't seem to stop thinking about him. My attempts to win him back have been unsuccessful, and at this point, it seems impossible to be with anybody else. It may seem strange to admit this, but I miss him terribly and can't stop thinking about him.

I completely understand the pain of letting go of someone you love. I went through a similar experience when my 10 year relationship ended. I couldn't imagine my life without him, so I tried everything to rekindle our love. I eventually found guidance from a spiritual counselor, and their support helped me bring him back into my life if you're open to it, seeking help from a spiritual counselor might make a difference.

By the time the work is done people may feel they can live peacefully by themselves it seems period. Healing is spiritual, emotional, physical, verbal and financial; the order depends. I agree 💯 people should have themselves somewhat together before adding others in any relationships period. 🙏 Praying for all who wish to receive who/what they wish period
