The way that a lot of states Mandy DV going to trial even if the victim doesn't want to press charges. Should be the same thing in these types of allegations and considering some of these behaviours like when trafficking is involved, I don't think there's a statue of limitation. I mean I'm sure county to county their stipulations but normally trafficking doesn't have limitations depending on the amount of evidence. But there needs to be a mandatory trial for these types of allegations as global legislation not just country to country county to county, state to state but global legislation
