GIRRLLL! I have had major brands AND individuals attempt to copy my products, my trademarks, logos, and marketing campaigns. It is infuriating 🤬 and heartbreaking at the same time. It's business warfare. So many of these "marketing gurus" or "social media gurus" just steal content and sell it to every other business. The major brands just spy on smaller businesses to cherry pick the best product ideas without the need for a Research & Development team. Then the customer just buys whoever is cheaper and puts an ad in front of them. I've greatly reduced my social media presence. It's nothing but filthy water.

I had something similar happen to me on Etsy. They took my listings, pics, descriptions everything from myself and other sellers as well. They were ‘selling’ the products and after a sale of an item they didn’t have, they would cash out from the sale and close up the account before the buyer could be reported. (Of course Etsy was no help) This sounds similar. Selling phantom products, taking the money and scamming buyers. It’s easier to take your photos to represent products than to do it themselves. Too much work for them. Thinking they are not selling actual anything, just scamming. So sorry this happened to you. Hang in there!

I had someone steal one of my videos about an exercise product and use it to sell their product. My whole video for another company directed to their website. It's so easy to do. Gotta feel unreal when you see your house and your child's hands in someone else's content without your permission. "Didn't even pretend it was someone else." I'm sorry to laugh, because it's not funny. But you both have a good attitude about the whole thing. Totally not an accident.

This is where legal needs to get involved, that is seriously messed up and it is theft on multiple levels. Go get them if you haven't already started that process please do it and shut down all those accounts of theirs too. There is a setting to not allow others to use your reels and posts on Instagram. I’m not sure about KZbin. If it is not selected permission is already given to the public to use your reels and stories as their own or incorporate them into their accounts. Make sure the setting is set up to not allow the public to use your content. How sad and pathetic that this happened!

So, the new website uses images of your product the fulfills them with cheap or inferior knock-off products? Just curious. Dr. Berg has stated on his KZbins that Dr. Oz did this with his work. Dr. Oz went on Oprah claiming it was his work when in truth it was work that had been dine by Dr. Berg. It is hard to protect oneself and work from these kind of opportunistic predators
