I was a bit shocked when I saw the length of this video, but what a great story, and what passion you show for the BX 16V and how it has been a part of your life for the past 20 years. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and although you say it won’t be appearing again on the channel I think members would be very interested to watch the routine maintenance and repair that is needed to keep a 34 year old car on the road.

I’ve had it with magazines etc. I’ve booked days off work before for film shoots just to be told, when emailing for final details, oh we’ve changed our plans we don’t need you any more. They take the classic car community for granted. They never offer money either.

You can NEVER trust TV/film companies, I won't go into any detail but they pissed me about disgracefully, lied, didn't have us on in the end, and then begrudgingly sent me a tape of the programme, after asking many times, TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!

I had a BX TZD Turbo Diesel same colour back in the 90's , was the best car ever to drive, extremely comfortable, Fast & very reliable never missed a beat in 3 years off ownership, Great Car.

How man of todays cars will look as cool as this in the future ? I don’t think there will be many. The styling and design may be of it’s time, but your car sands up, and stands out today, a point in history to many that brings back fond memories, you must get people commenting on it, it’s effortlessly cool and has earned that crown.

Aged 31, I bought a new white 16v from Wood & Krailing, Theydon Bois in 1991 and got a crazy amount off the price. Loved the car but not the way it was precision built to rattle from every corner. A myriad of plastics, all carefully chosen to react audibly to each other when loosely screwed together.

This really got me thinking about the importance of a story. My BX may not be the most interesting, most rare or even the one I like most. However, it is my BX, and has been for three years now. The story that comes along with that is definitely worth more than what model it is. Thanks for sharing your story, and making me take a different approach to BX ownership. Cheers!

I absolutely love 16 valves. I had one for 3 years when I was 21. Bulletproof engine and surprised so many cars of that era. I still wish I had kept mine. Thank you for the video.
