The use of superimposing one video source over another like what is shown at 1:00 was used throughout the 1960's, 70's and 80's as a means of showing captions, titles and logos on screen during programs, commercials and such, often shot off of cards, slides or other camera sources before electronic character generators/chyrons/video titlers became commonplace in broadcasting.

In poland this was used until 1989 and occasionally in 1990 and 1991 too

@@ChristopherSobieniak Actually, they had an video titler even in 1980 (watch?v=OcSam51qSb0), but they didn't use it that much for some reason

How did you get both Camera inputs to be in colour?! Only Input 2 for me is in colour. input 1 will always display in black and white regardless of if it's a Composite or Y/C input.

MinecraftCraziness HI I try the source 2 the picture get black and white for the both source and show some sync problem but when I removed the Caple from source 2 the pic return normal with colors on source 1 I even try to remove source 1 input and try source 2 only using and try both composite and s-video the same thing happened I use the same dvd player on both source so the problem is when I connect anything in input 2 any idea what cause this?
