My love for this band Ed, Mike, Stone, Jeff and Matt is they are so genuine, kind, caring and humble. They don't act like a lot of musicians do once they get famous and maybe that's why their still very relevant after 32 years, they don't have egos! I'm so grateful to be in their generation as in only 2 years older then ed. By the way I surfed with Ed back in mid 1990s in San Diego and got to chat with him between waves and fixed the fin on his board while ed sat on tailgate of my truck entertaining my border collies who loved ed's personality. I'm a grateful human being who spends his free time surfing and listening to my favorite band, PJ. 🏄🤙♥️

Amazing interview. Chris Cornell passed on the day of this interview. The world mourns him whilst these guys discuss Soundgarden's "Birth Ritual" from the "Singles" soundtrack. Thank you to these guys for giving us all such great music, but above all being intelligent, caring people. You give us all a reason to care about the people around us. We forget sometimes in your celebrity status how hard you have all worked to get to where you are, and then you create the Vitalogy foundation and give it all back. Truly inspirational.

I’m so proud of the way Pearl Jam has kept their integrity throughout the years. It’s been very cool to be able to follow their careers from the very beginning. I’ve been lucky enough to catch several shows, and experience some magical moments. Thanks, and see ya again soon. Gigaton sounds great...

Integrity, they screwed Dave A. out of the HOF. A bigger injustice in music has never occurred.
@jimberg49174 жыл бұрын
Agree ... and Gigaton sounds like crap! They lost their integrity and sold out after Yield. This was evident when I saw them in a small venue in SF in 2007/08. The beers were $12 and I got preached to all night by Vedder telling me that I need to be a Liberal instead of a free thinker. I've been done with PJ for quite a while now.
@brettcomstock11564 жыл бұрын
