Great video! thx. How often say in a week shud one train for the pancake splits?

I’d train it hard 1-2 x per week but sit in the position and do light stretching daily

Santi32411 yes definitely I’d also add a lot of Jefferson Curls, single leg elevated hamstrings stretch and compression (leg lifts etc) for Pike flexibility

All very well but couldn’t you ephasize where the bend should be.Should the back be quite straight ??

Everyone will look slightly different with this one as its dependant on spinal mobility, limb length and hip mobility. The tighter you are in the hips, the lower a bend or hump can be in the back. If you feel lots discomfort or have a big curve in the spine as you lean forwards elevate the butt more with some mats. Someone that is very tight might need to bend the knees as well.
