I fully agree with you Jake and fully agree with all the public who is questioning on how they were released only to be involved with Dolph's murder, some people just do not learn nor should they ever be released from prison. To be frank, if anyone deserves the death penalty, I would need to say that they do. I do not support snitching in generally but with what he did to his girlfriend in violence, I really can not blame her for doing so. Memphis TN I do not know much about their judicial system but I have been in gang violence there while visiting family, therefore I have seen it first hand. Coming from the streets of Miami prior, I known how to deal with it in Memphis but it is never something I taken pride in nor would I. I live in Tennessee. Back in 2012 I caught a manslaughter charge served 4 months and went to trial and got probation. we have judicial diversion program here so if you have NO charges on paper you get 11/29 with time served for misdemeanors or 5 year suspended sentence for felonies and you're back out within a year. In Tennessee also if you have NO charges, manslaughter / attempted murder can be knocked down misdemeanor charges and 11/29d

The main reason is keep people out of jail long term to cycle them in short term and just get court costs and fines (our state is in debt). A second piece is because The TVA HCA and VU own the CCA prison system and funnel money between each other (they all have HQ across the state of TN). Combined with kick backs to the judges and annual increase to police budgets, the system is incentivized here to let people go. Just get the costs and fees
