Straight Pipe to Diamond Eye Big Dog Muffler & Upower Resonator - 02 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke E350

This van was LOUD. I couldn't hear the radio or carry on conversation inside. While a straight pipe exhaust is great for increasing horsepower and reducing exhaust gas temperatures, I needed to quiet things down a bit. So I decided to install an absolutely enormous Diamond Eye muffler and a bonus resonator as well! Here's how it all went, including before and after exhaust sound comparisons!

Nice, if you remove that tip and just run a pipe to the back, it'll be even more quiet.

Ok thanks! I think at this point the major gains in quieting the van down will come from diminishing road noise though. It's mostly just a metal box still, so kilmatting and insulating the interior should really help. But I have a -major- upgrade happening soon before that can happen....
