I’m a beginner wheelie-er, have about 4K miles on my 07 FZ1 so far, just starting to get used to clutching it up, been throttle chopping in 1st and 2nd gear to get it up and getting used to the feel. Love the vids! Have a few vids on my channel of my bike and gentle rides (no go pro so I have to hold my cell phone with my left hand lol) If I wasn’t on the other side of the continent San Francisco (big gay) we’d be wheelie bros in no time 😂

Plus with the Fairing on it it almost looks like an old man’s bike. I have a top case and ride around with a high viz vest, cops will tail me for a bit but never pull me over, they probably assume I’m some Boomer going for a cruise 😂

Side question, is the stock bike gearing limited to 150? I did a top speed run last night and the speedo read 167 🤔, and I don’t think it has lower gearing.

Stock gearing can go about 174 I believe. Bone stock, the bike doesn't have enough power to get you there tho. Also you're speedo is way off, unless you got it goes corrected. You probably only hit about 150-160 gps. I would highly recommend getting a tune. And possibly sprocket change. Mine is one down in the front, and one up in the rear. My tune is from vcyclenut and my top speed gps is 160 so far.

@@ForagingKZbin highway riding can get a bit annoying with the higher revs but it's not too bad. And yes I'm tuned by vcyclenut 👍
