I am so glad you brought up Spinner and Emma---*They never should've happened.* I don't think Spinner should of necessarily ended up with Jane either, but Spinner ending up with Jane is better than Emma. What is it with Degrassi[and a few other shows]....*what is it with coupling up random characters, without any groundwork, or after-work.* Fantastic interview-discussion. I love Degrassi! I felt they just did it cause they didn't wanna throw in the few extra bucks to get any extra characters or write an extra plot line for Alex and Jay, they sorta were thrown under the rug... A hook up a break up just for the sake of breaking up.... (They just needed to give Emma a "happy ending" cause her life was pretty much crap even before conception. If anyone seen Junior High, Spike was debating on adoption and Emma woulda never even existed. Birth by accident, but a birth still through love.)
