Love it guys, one thing I have never really heard being talked about in the Lean space is marketing & sales. The problem I have found with implementing lean is that the more efficient the business comes, the more work that is required to keep the machine running! Do you guys have any insights on lean when it comes to actually securing work for the business? Or where your guys main sources of work come from & how you managed to get them on board?
