The success of lean is based on integrity, a commitment to be respectful and honest with yourself and others. I think that is why people value this channel. Ryan is not a slick MBA management consultant, he is a smart, hardworking, honest man. That comes through and is exactly what many of us aspire to be.

Ryan, the reason that things are growing is not because you are sharing or documenting what you are doing. It's because you provide so much value in the content

These Q&A episodes have been great. Really relatable and conversational. My personal fave from this episode was around, “leading from the back” and leading in a way that is in harmony with your own personal traits, rather than trying to be someone else. Powerful stuff!

Ryan is a gentleman ! The factory is amazing, he is very humble. he has gone out of his way to have calls with my company after the tour to help and offer advice. Very selfless and you can learn a lot from him and the team at seating matters !

Please keep sharing this amazing content! I have been trying to implement lean in my organization and like many organizations struggled to get lean to become our "shared habit" (Thanks for that definition Ryan!). Your content has helped me explain lean concepts to my team in a way that I understand and can teach my team.

Love it guys, one thing I have never really heard being talked about in the Lean space is marketing & sales. The problem I have found with implementing lean is that the more efficient the business comes, the more work that is required to keep the machine running! Do you guys have any insights on lean when it comes to actually securing work for the business? Or where your guys main sources of work come from & how you managed to get them on board? Thanks again for the content!
