We started with that saw when we first began our off grid journey!!!! I run a stihl ms291 now! Freehand chainsaw mill. Still use the pruner hehehe! We've been blessed with good and bad luck on this learning adventure! Many blessings to you this winter - James

I get nervous when i watch these old videos. we always do the best we can with tools (physical/mental) we have. I use a ms291 now but that dewalt still gets used all the time. It was our first chainsaw! And we abused the dickens out of it. I learned so much from using that thing. Thanks for stopping by and watching our show, many blessings to you this christmas! - James

Very dangerous!!!Use the right tools for the job!! People pulling where the tree is going to fall is NOT SAFE!!!Dont make videos if you have no clue on what you are doing!!!!!!

Sorry I can't give you the thumbs up. The method of notching and hinge was really not correct. Your girlfriend or helper was in danger because the tree would have hit her - you need a longer rope obviously. Be careful when felling or posting these videos.
