If I remember right, the fermentation barrel (pickling) should open up options for fuel from bug meat. At least I assume there will be bug attacks...or does the Hope scenario only bring robot attacks? (never played this version) Of course, there are bugs about to attack anyway. Good show!

A very nice base I hope because is in wood some one don’t catch a fire or a storm ⛈️ hit the house. Maybe for some works you can build extra buildings and assign it as workshops or some storage space

Couple unsolicited tips: Purpleleaf gives leaf and sticks, yeah, but it takes up a lot of space, is labor intensive (since you have to convert it to cloth) and it has a very low yield. It's better to supplement your cloth needs (like, if you haven't found clothblossom yet) than as a main source of cloth OR sticks.. Nothing in this game grows back unless you plant it. If people told you differently, they just don't know what they are talking about. If you don't mind using mods, there is a mod on the steam workshop called "Terrain Recovery" that allows plants to grow back and also lets terrain eroded by wreck crashes and other effects to gradually recover. It's really nice.

Also: Dandelion trees are by far the most versatile plant in the jungle biome. They can give you food, tea, medicine, and even wood in a pinch. Plus they don't have to be replanted unless you chop them down for wood. Definitely plant a bunch of em.

Also also: look for the big red spiky siliconleaf flowers and grow a bunch of em. They can be very helpful in keeping Hope alive early on, and useful for creating electronics later.

although real talk @team, I think it would make more narrative sense if they just didn't use weapons in the early game? Maybe spawn two more and make them melee? Because it's so weird to watch a robot use a wooden weapon... surely they'd be more dangerous as just robots, why arm them with ancient stuff haha

yeah TBH you are right, brick makes sense, but that concrete is just such a good aesthetic... I think you do make a good point tho... it's fully renewable pretty much
