Strange creatures appear in apocalyptic wasteland as South Korea is left in ruins overnight

As a result of a massive earthquake that brings down all the tall buildings in all of Korea, Seoul is turned into an apocalyptic place where strange creatures appear, and after several years in the wilderness, how do humans cope with the situation? A young girl close to a hardened hunter is kidnapped by a mad doctor who conducts human experiments, and goes to her rescue.
