Strange Dover Hydraulic Freight Elevator - Regency Square Mall - Richmond, VA

If you for some reason want to ride a freight elevator really bad but you are unable to ride any in your area for whatever reason, come here. This is such a strangely placed elevator. The fact that it runs is a true testament to Dover's quality.
