What a great Song and great time for Music .. I wish we go back to the time when songs like this were coming out and the Lyrics were awesome and moved you... "Music is the sigh of the oppressed masses it is the heart in a heartless world" We just don't see much with heart and soul like we did back in the day...

I love these guys they bring back memory of a innocent times when our economy was good, unemployment was low, no bull shit war with afghan and saturday morning cartoons was the best. Their music is as creative as the likes of Gerry Rafferty, Cat Steven, Ambrosia, Chicago and Santana but now sadly we live by technology that we depend on and the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer. Hope Armageddon comes someday so we all don't have to suffer even more.

nsman06. Those are new chords to me, too. I see a D minor in there, but that's all I recognize. Maybe a D add B? Odd stuff. Maybe he's using an alternative tuning.

maybe singing in a lower key because of age??? Sounds damn good regardless.

The thing I like about the '70s era or commonaly known as the "classic rock era" is that you can take away the processing and the vocalist STILL SING & SOUND EXCELLENT! My only problem with this version: too much conga--not enough firefall!

@@bigbluemsp Many factors, not just age, can negatively affect a singing voice. Some singers make positive health changes and actually practice vocals and do warm up exercises. Others age, drink, spoke and do nothing to maintain their voice. Some is simply genetics.
