Lots of different folks in and out of the band over the years. The lead guitar player here is the only one from the original group. Rick Roberts was a co-founder and wrote most of the hits, but booze and a bad head injury from a fall took him out of the group. The guys who have played often with them are very talented and do a good job, such as the vocalist here.

Nobody compares to Rick Roberts -- But Steven Weinmeister is decent. He was with Firefall from 1993-2014, then he just returned to the band in 2022

You would be correct robertjannush…that amazing original lead vocalist you remember was Rick Robert’s. The only original member is Jock Bartley with the teal guitar. We saw them last November. We enjoyed the show…if you can get past that it’s pretty much a completely different group.
