love these short (under 10min movies) especially made in film noir. shadows, purpose, story. did all notice: he lights his cigar and the bartender takes the ashtray away? the FB1 would say that is "a" clue something is going down soon..!

A film about fate with an old fashioned kind of man. I love the shadows and mood all around the scene of the 'murder that could've been or might be'. Reminded me of "Bad Day at Black Rock" (1958) with Spencer Tracey. You know a neo western type film. Fantastic. David

@@wehrewulf lol I don’t even remember leaving this comment 3 years ago. To my past self’s defense, the ambiance in this short is pretty stereotypical . This sort of an ambiance is actually more popular in video games or modern works like this, which are trying to recreate the noir feel. Actual film noirs shot in 40s are no where near as edgy as these modern recreations.
