My favorite thing about this episode was the mom/son argument on the street. Everyone in the background was moving, looking at them, responding like people watching an actual argument happening. It might seem stupid but it's just so god darned amazing to see something done like that.

1. LITTLE MONSTERS is the movie he was referring to. (that movie was my childhood) 2. The monster has been given a nickname by the fans, known as "Tuliphead" because of how its head opens up like a flower. Also, there's some people who actually aren't really taken by this show believe it or not, mostly because they've decided that they're "sick of the 80's nostalgia trend" of recent, and blanket that over the entire experience of the show unfortunately. With those blinders on, they block themselves from really noticing the things about this show that make it as loved as it is beyond the nostalgia (the depth of the characters, the no bs pacing of the plot, and how WELL they are pulling off the intertwining of all the 80's mystery references into its own story for example). It's just a real shame when I hear someone go "meh, I didn't like it that much" and its clear every single time they say why, how they've neglected attention to those aspects of the show.

Two things: 1. They have said on previous videos that they like to have time to ruminate and think about each episode hence they take a full week. 2. Even if that wasn't the case, they all work, whether at Blind Wave or at other jobs. Thus, their release timeline is actually really impressive.

OMG....thank you, thank you, and thank you for pointing out what's been my biggest pet peeve in movies and shows forever. Why must they insist on putting lights in the helmet? I get that from a production standpoint, we need to be able to see the characters' faces, but damn it's so unrealistic. Imagine walking around with lights right in your face in a dark environment. You'd never see anything. There's got to be a better way to portray this on screen.
