too clean to be the boys bathroom. in the 80's there were a ton of government contractors with names like Gneral Dynamics or Science Applications. No one knew what they were or what they did.. because they were so secretive and did so many things... People didn't always realiize how deeply involved in with the govnerment they were ... even if they knew the contractors were in their neighborhood. This was probably supposed to be one of those govnerment contractors with govnerment security and secrecy.

I know you like it already, but I think it'll grow on you even more. So excited for you to see what's to come. It references the 80's a lot, but in the same way Star Wars references movies and serials from the first half of the 20th century. It's not totally reliant on references. I grew up in the 90's, not the 80's, but there were always 80's movies on cable when I was a kid, so I have a weird nostalgia for the decade I was born in. Anyway, it feels like something original that could have come out in the 80's, except with some responsibly used CGI, but also a lot of practical effects.

Stranger Things is SO good; it’s like an adaptation of a Stephen King novel as directed by Steven Spielberg. While most people think Season 2 is a bit weaker than Season 1- S2 is still really good; and Season 3 is definitely back on par with Season 1. 🤗 It y’all haven’t watched them already- I’d recommend The Mandalorian on Disney+, The OA on Netflix, The Boys on Amazon, Cobra Kai on KZbin as well as The Act and Castle Rock on Hulu & Titans and Doom Patrol on DC Universe. They’re all really good in their own rights.

Aside from the "electrical alien monster", it's weird how much this is reminding me of the Season 3 premiere of True Detective. You should totally react to that next, Seasons 1 and 3, at least.
