I love how it almost tells a story. The first half is all about how they have grown apart, the melancholy as they slowly become strangers as life moves on for them both. But then at 1:17, it almost seems like a off-kilter at first but spark of brightness, like they bumped into eachother due to a completely random encounter. It almost seems to pick up around 1:45 like they start to find that familiarity by talking about memories and life, -until it all comes to an abrupt goobye, like two people late to different train stations.

i'd say the weirdest thing about this song is how heavily just the title alone impacted/directed how i felt about this song. yeah, this perfectly encapsulated that feeling of growing distant with a friend to the point of essentially 'un-meeting' them, becoming strangers again, but i don't know how much of that i would've felt that had the title, giving the song context, was any different. it's like something as simple and trivial as those two words did half the work in guiding my thoughts toward this 2 minute video. crazy.
