@@rebelliousdreamer I feel like as individuals we can foster these kind of connections for ourselves through the way we interact with the world. Obviously it’s not going to be as cool as the way it’s done in the experiment, but I think we can get pretty close! By casting aside our preconceived judgements, giving everybody we come by a fair chance, seizing the opportunities as they arise, spending less time in our heads, saying the little things that you think and assume are insignificant out loud, and whatever else then we can have great hope in creating meaningful connections like these

We are more open when we talk to a stranger because they don't know us so they won't judge us and it's beautiful how we accept the person talking next to us as they are no matter the difference. At the end of the day we all want someone to listen to us without judging.

I don't know if i have ever said this, but I love your videos, how genuinely raw and organic they are to the core of human beings... we need and crave deep connection with other people, we have not been created or wired to be by ourselves and hence we see the damage now... also, I realized how beautiful it can be to have a proper conversation with a stranger without looking more into it other than the fact that we are two human beings, with a unique story to us... Love it and I would recommend for people to do more of this. Thank you so much for making these videos and i am taking this opportunity to send lots of love from my heart to yours. ❤❤

When the girl said she feels like she lost so much with Ballet, i feel the same with my art. I used to write stories and draw all day every day. Now i avoid art because i feel like a failure. Everyone keeps telling me to make art but they have no idea how society has stripped me of that joy. Ive only recently realized that selling my art compeltely destroys my love for it. I plan to get back into it but on my own terms. Money or public opinion does not determine the value of artistic expression. If you make art, its ultimately from you for you. A love letter to yourself. Priceless and unequivockly perfect ❤

Why do people find it easier to communicate with random strangers/acquaintances/people that aren’t close to us more than with people close to us? I think the girls are right, but I have also a slightly different reason. Building off what she said about how we knew someone since childhood, or I believe even for just a long time, like it’s almost like there’s already a standard way of doing things and once you start to think about changing that way of life or how you guys go about the relationship, it becomes suddenly almost threatening. You lose something in the process, whether it’s a status quo or even an impression/expectation someone had of you. It definitely uproots the old order or way of things and that’s why people hesitate to communicate and talk about serious things with people close to them. Old wounds may resurface and that often brings about more conflict and emotions. Humans know that fights with people that love us are gonna hurt us more, so we try to avoid that hurt. It’s how our brains are wired too.
