Saw the original interview on Facebook and immediately went to look for the follow up video because I was so invested in Sarah's story. Had to come over to KZbin to find it. I took so much away from both interviews that I plan to apply to my life. And I LOVE how she explained manifestation. That is best instructions I've heard/seen on how to manifest...the holding on to the waiter continually asking them to bring the food but not allowing them to put the order in was a great visual! I'm having the hardest time forgiving myself for something I did years ago it was a pretty thought out evil thing that I did that I can never take back and I really don't know if I'll ever be able to forgive myself and I don't know if I should but I don't think I'm going to be able to keep living unless I do and figure out a way to heal in a tone for what I did watching this helped me cry about it for the first time and feel something for it I really hope that I can find a way to heal even though I can't fix what I did I don't ever want to cause harm to anyone again

Sarah seems to be a wonderfull person. And I really could relate to her secret ;) But from another perspective. I feel like I lost the love of my life, not because I was afraid of love, but she was. It felt like she really loved me but for some reason she couldn´t let it happen. The worst part of the story is not that she dropped our love but dropped me as a human in the end for no obvious reason. This made me feel really really bad for a long time and it still does somehow. I agree with Sarah. Crying is like drinking sweet nectar. It's so rejuvenating and cathartic for me personally. The more we cry the less intense it will be, I think. Just constantly releasing that negative energy/emotion, or positive depending on the situation. Positive energy/emotions can be overwhelming too so it's important to "express" aka release them physically. Ah I love this. If it was just you two on the podcast all the time I would be just as content 🤣

I remember seeing this episode when it first uploaded. While watching the video on the manifestation part, I was like "alright I'm going to manifest a casino winning." I have only been to the casino 3 times with 100 dollars each time and losing it all 3 times(before watching this video).
