Ive met a few people like him in the streets. They're not weak, they're just mentally weak. They're either trying to keep a reputation or build one for respect/ego sake and by default of not feeling enough confidence on the internally, they resort to externally portraying what the "real" ones do. Sadly enough, the "real" ones can handle issues properly without a hint of emotion while boosting your own confidence. Unfortunately he allowed himself to be pushed to his limits and beyond. At which point he snapped. He was absolutely loose lipped& self snitched, dry snitched, and straight up snitched along the way. And that's because he has no self control. Ironically(at least IMO), these are the dudes who are the most dangerous in the streets. Simply because they have either no control or so very little control over their emotions&ego. They're not out their to really hustle, they're out there for namesake. Lastly........ SINCE WHEN DO PEOPLE GET DISABILITY FOR A.D.D? WTF?

Soon as he says "I'll probably be some Bubba's bish", he instantly switches to the character he thinks he'll be able to play to protect his rectum. His naivety is so glaring as are his ideas about prisoners & how to survive amongst them. He has to be able to read if he has a permit. To get a permit, you have to fill out paperwork, and there are specific rules. You need to be able to read and write, you can’t have someone else help you with the paperwork. I just wanted to say this before someone inevitably pops in to say some uneducated dumb shit about how this is America and anyone can get a gun at the piggly wiggly with no ID and no paperwork, etc lol. If anyone is honestly curious about the process of buying a gun, look up the laws. The ATF website has some educational information, but you can find it anywhere on a google search. Having said that, dudes obviously an idiot lol. You don’t have to be super smart to get approved for a permit/approved to purchase/carry firearms.

Unfortunately for him he admitted several times in the interview he was facing life in prison but never stated he didn't understand how or why that punishment could be handed down to him. A competent defense attorney might have been able to somewhat mitigate his crime but unless they can get this interview excluded from trial evidence there's not much they can do.

If I was the 911 operator, I would ask “ How is the victim doing? Is he breathing?” “ And by the way, DID YOU KILL HIM” 😂😂 and wait to see his response and mumbling. He gets angry and then I say Chill man! It’s just a question. Why did you get agitated? 😡 Did you do something recently? Ha? 😂😂. Maybe that explains everything! You have anger management. It can be a factor! Hmm 🤔. The police are on their way. Hold on!
@escapedgoat5865 Жыл бұрын
Better to keep people thinking there is no problem and just talk to the police without worrying about an attorney. Especially because if operators said some stuff like that it would lead to some guilty people getting cases dismissed because of the operator saying something wrong and the defense going on to say their client was made to feel he did it and it was a false admission because they were so traumatized by what they seen that they started doubting themselves. I can already hear it. And I'm sure why operators don't say crazy stuff, like "idk u sounds pretty guilty to me" to messy for operators to say stuff like that. Too messy to change someone getting off on some crime. But I know it what your saying it would be cool to hear some voice recordings of an operator just saying some crazy stuff calling out bs
