Hello my Friends!
This week, we look at the F# Insen scale.
This Rav is not for the feint of heart, but a fantastic challenge for those looking or a flavorful instrument!
Unlike many Rav scales, the central note is not really a "Ding" note, but the start of the scale. The Notes in the 1 position is a half step apart!
Aside from this difference, the Insen is a Japanese scale, often played on the Shakuhachi.
