It's a dremel brand attachment, don't remember the name. Frets are copper, nickel and silver, so a polish intended for those metals.

You know what i picked up from this video? Damn i should use masking tape on my finger like that as its brutal on your fingers doing refrets. ( I already know how to refret but always keen to watch others for the odd thing thst someone does that makes life easier)
