Great game, David. I was a HUGE Pirate fan back in the 70’s, and I also started playing tabletop baseball games in 1973, so this game had special meaning to me. I was during through the Western Maine to an afternoon fishing destination while listening, so signal kept coming in and out. It was almost like trying to listen to KDKA again, and constantly losing the audio. Naturally, I lost the signal just after Robertson ph and got a ballpark HR. I had to drive another 20 minutes to find out it fell short of the wall! Thanks again! Joel

Wow, do people really SM that way. As a kid, I just put the cards out and played and wrote the down the runs by inning and did real play by play and crowd noise. No keeping score, that would be boring.

Hi Dave. Isn’t p/f pass ball & foulout? If so the Giants shouldn’t have scored the 2 runs to tie the game

With no runners on base, a passed ball does not occur, therefore it would be a foul out. In this case, it was a passed ball because there were runners on base. In short, its only a foul out with bases empty.
