Very difficult to screw anchor plates in. Then they fall out. Used drill. Tried screwdriver.

Hi there, unfortunately you cannot reverse the door direction on the Handi-Pod shed as it is a fixed kit. Thanks.

What do you do with the silicone???

Hi there, regarding what to do with the silicone, please apply silicone to the underside of the Downpipe Outlet. Fit the Downpipe Outlet into the Downpipe Opening in the Gutter. Rivet the Downpipe Outlet in place using four Rivets. Apply silicone to the inside gaps of both Gutter ends. Thanks.
