The second of 3 virtual meetings, Navigating Mid-Career: Strategies for Success and Support - "How Do I?: Exploring and Preparing for New Opportunities. Targeted specifically to the mid-career cohort (in practice more than 8 years), we will provide networking, support, and discussion on seeking and leveraging new opportunities and experiences (including 'saying no') in your mid-career, and some of the skills needed to grow into and manage these opportunities. Additionally, your feedback will be solicited on how AACAP as an organization can provide specific support to members in this career developmental phase.
