I heard a statement once I've never forgotten: Danger is real, but fear is a choice. Or if you prefer: Courage is not the total absence of fear. Courage is the ability to summon enough focus to act rationally, despite your fear(s).

Thank you for all you do. In my family we have common sense rules that we try to live by everyday. One of them aligns with being vigilant. It is rule #8 Never be afraid, but always be cautious.

We must always be aware of our surroundings. Take a step back from your situation and be mindful People are watching us everywhere we go. We must maintain our generalized code of ethics and morals.

One thing people dont realise is setting a budget teaches you to ration shit in an actual emergency. Critical thinking of how much of a specific commodity do i need and how much can i use over how long of a time frame. Its all the same thought process.

We as men of God are charged to be good stewards and to double what we've been given. We must be ready and willing to distribute to all those in need, brethren or not. The more we can facilitate the giving of, the more Jesus will entrust to our care. We don't have to be rich to live a wealthy life, we just have to be obedient to God's commandments. When we give the Lord our first fruits and we are willing to live below our means in order to bless others, we become agents of the Lords giving. Giving alms is an honor.

Hey I am from Eastern Europe I've been through lot of stuff that has potentially validated me as a man like street fights, problems to slove etc, anyway I cought myself many times on being blocked to check my bank account because of financial issues, but i have just learned to push myself to do it. To overcome this stupid block in your head. It wasn't easy but i would compare it to taking out some precious thing that you dropped accidentally into dirty toilet sink. Its super unpleasant, but once you do it, you wash your hands and its over. Little moment of discomfort and you got what you lost.
