In his arrogant dictatorial short sighted foolish move he is banning most head and hair coverings along with certain Islamic celebration practices which is only gonna spite 90% of Tajikistan's population who have Islamic sentiment. Has he not considered the past of everyone who uses force against the sentiments of the masses. Cut to the point, he is scared of losing power and control and subconsciously fears the end of his days, so he and his cronies do silly short sighted moves.
