In the past 6 months, I’ve come to the realization after 62 years on this earth, that people are inconsiderate butt-faces, especially on this side of the Ambassador bridge (American). Dave I really have learned quite a lot from you man! Please don’t lose faith in the decent folks who really enjoy you and your expertise!

Henry Rollins used to tell a story about he and a friend who sometimes hung out with a well- known homeless person in Washington DC who was referred to as "Crazy Paul", aka "Sky King". Henry said that despite Paul being bipolar, perhaps schizophrenic, he would occasionally say samething that struck them as incredibly profound. After the guy died, a newspaper obituary encapsulated the backstory of the string of tragedies that led to his life unraveling: in the space of a week or so, Paul's mom died unexpectedly, he discovered that his business partner had been not only embezzling from their restaurants, leaving nothing but debts, but had been having an affair with his fiance, and there was something else that went bad as well, and poor Paul had a breakdown. Bad shit can happen to anyone.

I don't know why anyone would want to be rude to Dave. He's a light hearted ray of sunshine in these dismal times. I look forward to every new DWOFS video. Never change Dave.

Dave, I watch you to see the beautiful work you do on guitars, but your non-guitar comments about actually seeing your fellow human was beautiful. Peace to you Brother.
