Amazing idea! You combined Stratolaunch AND SpaceX's Starship into one craft. Wonder if something like this could be done in real life.

Stratolaunch is not a good idea with big ships. The main reason to do that is to reduce energy loses to air drag. The energy gain is negligible. Loses to air drag to payload ratio is getting very low, very fast with bigger rockets. Long story short, if the airplane can't get to a non-negligible portion of orbital velocity, it will not be efficient.

I would love it if ksp added rocket cargo bays (cargo bays like the BFR's) we could store rovers and other things much easier then.

Yes I can... When doing video capture I often save the game and redo a scenario several times so I can get those epic cinematic shots. Also I usually am still testing the craft and making changes to the design as I encounter issues. In that instance I actually used video out of sequence because it was just a shot from inside the cabin - I believe one was taken on approach to Duna and the other was after takeoff from the surface. I needed a quick shot to break up the sequence so I reused a 3 second segment from earlier. I was hoping nobody would notice the fuel issue - good eye.

@@separationstudios.263 then play the game. There's nothing confusing about it at all. In Kerbal space program this planet is called duna. Hence why he calls it "duna". It's mars, merely an analog. *edit: "not mars"
