Strawberries are one of the most loved fruits by young and old alike. They can be eaten in many ways and, although the most common is to bathe this red jewel in cream, it is true that it has become a must even for the most gourmet restaurants. However, for delicatessen there is Gipsy Chef, the most rogue chef of España Directo has dared to cook a very macaronic dessert. Among the ingredients are strawberries, mint and nougat, a delicious and super easy to make sweet!

If you make this dessert at home you will leave all your guests with their mouths open, because it is a recipe worthy of crowning yourself as king or queen of the kitchen. The advantage? Well, whether you are an expert or not, it will be delicious. One of the keys is to use cottage cheese, Gipsy Chef uses the "recuit de drap", typical of the Empordà, soft and super creamy, but you can use the one you have at hand and is your favorite.
