Today I bake a quick and of course extremely tasty strawberry cake with pudding cream on a light almond crust.

Ingredients
3 eggs
80 g sugar
1 pck vanilla sugar
80 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
30 g cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
30 g sliced almonds
70 g ground almonds
650 ml milk
2 packs of custard powder "vanilla"
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g sugar
300 g cream
30 g instant gelatin
4 tbsp strawberry jam
500-600 g strawberries
Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
