CREAM CHEESE ICING
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese
32 oz bag of powdered sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
STRAWBERRY GLAZE
1/2 cup puréed strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Just under 1/2 cup of water
1 1/2 tbs corn starch

If I use a tube pan does my temp still need to be 300 or could I bump it up to 325 for an hour and 15 minutes instead of the hour and 30 minutes?
