Thank you for the informative blogs,, I make strawberry wine regularly using lalvin 71-b yeast,, and Rhubarb using Red Star Code Des Blancs yeast... I have not mixed them,,,, neat idea,, but I enjoy them as they are... after freezing the fruit and thawing I put the fruit thru a food processer on low to break them up.. ( not a high speed blender ) insuring intense flavour and colour going into the wine, It works !,, cheers Bill

Would rather have 1 gallon of good wine, or 1 gallon of something that you pour down the drain. You can always make more of the good stuff.
