This arc really showed the insane power level Laxus is on, able to fight Mystogan, Erza, Natsu and Gajeel, use his magic to cast 400 Thunder Palaces and cast Fairy Law without breaking a sweat.

In my opinion, even though Laxus doesn't need to use Fairy Law, Natsu and Gajeel cannot move easily since they are paralyzed and Laxus can bombard both of them with attacks he wants to dish out on them until they bleeds

Wasn't it passed to him by Ivan though? I feel like there was a scene later on, where Makarov gets shocked he used it. Also we know that those sacred spells are available in their library.

Its dark magic dude, its a variant of the Law spell, anyone with enough mana and skill can cast it.

Laxus is also a dragon slayer but he is not raised by the dragon there are called dragon lacrima that implated in his body when he was a child by her father granting him the power of Lightning dragon slayer magic, later in the series they will show others that has the dragon slayer magic and dragon lacrimas Sorry to spoil some info 😅😅😅😅❤

Please stop watching the openings. They can spoil things that happened in the arc. It’s better if you just skip them and watch them later

@@mjm3091 They did watch it becuase last reaction they mentioned it and it does have a spoiler in Natsu and Gajeel teaming up against Laxus. This opening starts right before the arc begin.

@@KDYinKZbin lol, now that's a funny conspiracy theory. They only saw 26 openings like 3 years ago. But their commentary feels genuine with how confused they sometimes get or with their predictions.
