This game is just one of so many interesting ideas being explored by today's indie game scene and I, for one, am thankful to be able to enjoy the fruits of their labors.

I've been playing this game for 10 minutes, and it's basically seratonin in digital code form. Whomever's idea it was to make a game where you control a cat to just be a cat and do cat things should probably go on some kind of watchlist, because they're a diabolical genius with the potential to subjugate the world

The games environments look beautiful, since the cat only takes up a small portion of the screen, you can see the world alot more. The cat movements and vertical traversing looks incredibly smooth, even better than Uncharted or Assiasian creed I would say.

Was my GOTY until "A Plague Tale: Requiem" came out and blew me away. But it also made me realize that "Stray" was influenced by "A Plague Tale: Innocence", which came out years earlier and is also by a French developer. You can see many similarities in both games' core structure. "Stray" even features a sequence, in which you run through a tunnel with Zurks pouring out left and right, which is a mirror of a scene in "Innocence", in which you run through a tunnel with rats pouring out left and right. ;)
