Adding a new Toga quirk seems a bit pointless imo, there's never a reason to play any other quirk than tech Toga. Even if they make the new quirk the most broken set to exist, she'll never be half as good as tech Toga. I feel like they could of given a different character a new quirk set and it would've been super hype. Hawks still looks hype though so I'll take what I can get lol

You think you were unlucky? Last season wasted 1300 tickets for Overhaul and got NOTHING. Heck even wasted money (gladly only 5€) This season wasted another 1200 to get Hawks and got NOTHING.
