label the petri dish instead of the lid, because lids can be lost or exchanged. keep the plate partially covered with the lid when streaking and entirely covered when heating the loop . ap ne plate ko bohat zyada der uncovered rakha tha..contamination ho jaati hai

dont open the lid completly it can cotame your agar plate use 3 finger metod to open the agar plate

Where are the gloves? Aseptic technique? Labeling should be done on base of the plate & not on lid. Wrong technique
